Sudden decrease in the number of uploaded rows in load orders for all destinations

    We are pleased to inform you that the delays in the load processes have been resolved. Our team has identified and addressed the root cause of the issue.

    We found a significant decrease in the amount of data uploaded via load orders for all destinations. As a result, the data sets received over the weekend may be incomplete or partially missing. Please be assured that our team is diligently working to identify and resolve the issue promptly.

Reddit API Token Refresh Failure

    Reddit is now operational. We eagerly anticipate receiving comments from Reddit regarding the cause of the issue.

    We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure its resolution and prevent any further complications.

    Investigating

    All customers using Reddit integrations are currently unable to refresh tokens, which has disrupted extraction orders that rely on the Reddit API. Internal validation confirmed that no changes were made on our side, and the issue has been escalated to Reddit Support with detailed evidence and logs; we are awaiting their guidance and resolution steps. In the meantime, we are conducting continuous monitoring and additional testing to ensure immediate response once updates are available. The next steps include maintaining escalation with Reddit Support until the resolution is reached, updating customers via status.improvado.io, and preparing a workaround plan should Reddit indicate a longer resolution timeline.
